Reservations

• Please make advance reservations via telephone or book online to assure room availability.

• Advance in cash or online payment deposit is mandatory to obtain a confirmed reservation. 

• Please read the cancellation policy below before obtaining the confirmed reservation.

• Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations.

• Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. Once a rate is selected and transaction is confirmed, no other rate is applicable and no refund shall be admissible.

• The price shown for your chosen service includes the confirmed rate, the estimated taxes, and estimated fees.

• The actual taxes and fees prevalent at the time of stay shall be applicable, which may vary from the estimates and the guest is liable to pay any extra cost on account of such amendments in taxes, fees, etc.

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of

• The Woodbury, that a guest is  engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently / with mala fide intention / mistake or error.

• Please carry with you at time of check in, the reservation confirmation voucher along with a valid government issued photo identity card and address proof and a valid credit card for any incidental and/ or extra charges. 

• Acceptable ID cards are Passport, Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License or any photo ID card and address proof issued by the central/state government. 

• Please note: PAN Card, Non-Government ID Card and Office Cards are not accepted as valid 

• Identity Cards.

• Breakfast timings are 7:30 am – 10:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

• All promotion/sale rates are restrictive fares and are non-refundable. 

• Certain promotion/sale rates do not permit any changes in the booking. 

• Please check restrictions on the rate while booking. 

• Under all promotion(s)/sale rates, limited inventory is available on select Room type(s) only on a first come first served basis.

• The Woodbury reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the promotion/sale without any prior notice.

• All extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be available at an additional charge only.

• In case of non-availability of a pre-booked room at the time of arrival, The Woodbury will offer an alternate similar room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.

• Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation against advance payment.

• All rates are subject to prevailing local taxes as applicable on room tariff & services opted.

Payments

• The bill on check out for stay shall be charged in Indian Rupees.

• The deposit or online payment is to be paid in advance to the total room nights booked for the entire stay to get the confirmed reservation.

• We accept deposits only against Visa, MasterCard and UPI. For any alternate mode of payment, please contact the reservations desk.

Refund & Cancellation

• No refund will be issued for cancellations after check-in date or on No show.

• No refund will be issued for cancellations within 21 days of check-in date.

• For Bulk Bookings, no refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 21 days of check-in date. 

• For payments made by credit or debit card / payment gateway, bank transaction charges / payment gateway charges shall be deducted from the final refund amount.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Normal check in time is 2 PM. For late arrivals, please call us and let us know if you will be checking in after 7 PM.

• Check-out time is 12 PM.

• Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation only.

Modifications

• Any modification in the reservation is subject to availability at the time of making such a request.

• The prevalent reservation charges will be applicable and levied for children above 10 years of age.

Non-Arrival To The Hotel (No Show)

• If you fail to arrive at the accommodation on the arrival date, your entire reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged for the entire reservation.

• If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at The Woodbury, please urgently contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.

Shortened Stay (Early Check-Out)

• Shortened stay is subject to the entire period charge whether or not you stay the entire period. 

• If you know the change in your plan, please contact us at the earliest to minimise the charges subject to cancellation policy.

Special Requests

• Please note that The Woodbury neither guarantees nor liable to admit any request for amendment in plan or any other special requests which shall be admissible subject to availability on arrival.

Confirmation Voucher

• Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation voucher / email is generated which shall be presented by you at time of check-in.

• It is necessary to present the confirmation voucher on arrival. Failure to do so may result in your reservation not being honoured unless it can be traced & matched in the reservation system.
